The art school graduate finds himself in an intermediate state – no longer a student, not yet an artist. The graduate has a "season", a very short period of time from the moment of his graduation, in which he has to ripen, formulate a strong and representative body of work and gain recognition. In Israel the "graduate season" is particularly short.
The videos in the installation where shot on the balcony of my apartment and in the backyard of my mother's house. These places serve as my safe haven, but even there I identified the instability and incessant tensions.
The works are presented in a space that usually serves as a photography studio. Its practical and architectural features have become a part of the work and served as my inspiration for the entire installation.
